The Intake Process

To receive assistance, you must come to the site between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon, Monday-Friday.  First time clients should try to arrive by 11:00 to allow enough time for the intake process.

Upon arrival, one of our volunteers will conduct a short intake interview with you.  You will be asked to identify all members of your household by name and age.  You will also be asked to disclose all sources of income.  A copy will be made of your driver’s license or state ID to go in your file.  Once your information is confirmed and you meet the guidelines, you are immediately eligible for help.

The Immaculate Conception Food Pantry maintains the same hours as we do, and you are welcome to make use of it every two weeks. Vouchers for the pantry are given by EWAN, so you will come here each time before going to the pantry.

All assistance is granted according to our guidelines.  As the help we give is emergency in nature, we do have caps on how much aid we can give to any one family or individual.  If the amount you are requesting exceeds what we are able to give, we will suggest other local agencies that may be able to help bridge the gap.
